Citizens Property Insurance Corporation of Florida has moved from Xactinate 25 to Xactimate 27 in and those adjusters working Citizens claims should prepare for the transaction. This includes Catastrophe and Non-Catastrophe Claims. This opens up an excellent opportunity for the Adjuster working Citizens claims to move ahead of the rest.
The successful adjuster working Citizen claims not only needs to be proficient in writing an estimate in Xactinate 27 for covered damaged but also must be proficient in writing a second estimate for Non-Cocered damages. This course covers the procedure of creating the Non-Covered estimate by creating a duplicate of the Covered Damaged estimate and uploading the two estimates.
The course will cover an overview of the correct procedure for use of Citizens propriety claims management system (CMS) including proper methods of requesting and submitting the completed Fee Bill through ImageRight and the Summary Report and estimate through Xactimate 27.
Additionally, Citizens policies may contain multiple buildings within one policy, an example is condos. This course will cover the efficient one step method of using Xactimate Sketch and multiple converges to complete these estimates. Once complete using this method the Tree View will be automatically built ensuring proper file order. Self Populating Citizens documents for Summary Reports and iLogs will be covered.
